The protection of your personal data is very important to us. This privacy statement explains the processes we use to process personal data, the ways we process such data, and the purposes for which we use it. CLEVERSOFT provides software products and services in the field of quality and process improvement for our customers (MES, KONIS, DMS, LTM, PRODIS, LOGIS, Reporting and their modules). Details of individual products can be found on our website or on-demand. This statement applies to CLEVERSOFT's communication with you and our products. 

What personal information we collect
CLEVERSOFT collects data from you through our interactions with you and through our products. You provide some of this information directly, and we obtain some of it by collecting data about your interactions, your use of our products, and your experience with them. The information we collect depends on the context of your interaction with our company, the choices you make, including your privacy settings, and the products and features you use. We also collect information about you from third parties.  If you represent an organization that uses our products, the following provisions apply:

If you, as a customer, try or purchase our products or services, we collect the data necessary to provide products and services.

  • When you contact a CLEVERSOFT sales representative, we collect information about the customer's name and contact information, as well as information about his organization, in order to support the business process.
  • When you contact CLEVERSOFT Support, we will collect device and usage data or error reports to help us diagnose and resolve issues.
  • When you pay for products and services, we collect contact and payment information so that we can process the payment.
  • When we send you a communication, we will use the data to personalize the content of such communication.
  • If you are interested in CLEVERSOFT's products and services, we collect the name and contact information of a customer-designated contact point and use the information provided by the customer to deliver the products and provide the services you request.
  • Our products or services are governed by our privacy statements and policies.

You always have a choice about the technologies you use and the data you share. If we ask you to provide personal information, you may decline. Many of our products require the certain personal information to provide relevant services. If you choose not to provide the information necessary to provide a product or feature, you will not be able to use that product or feature. Similarly, in cases where we are required by law to collect personal data or when we enter into or perform with you a contract that we have entered into with you and you do not provide the data in question, we will not be able to enter into a contract, resp. if this is an existing product that you are using, we may need to suspend or cancel it. In this case, we will inform you of such a fact. If the provision of information is optional and you choose not to share personal information, you will not be able to use features that use such information because it will not work.

CLEVERSOFT uses the data it collects to provide its services, products and features. We use the data mainly for:

In the event that certain personal information processed by CLEVERSOFT cannot be accessed or controlled through the above tools, you may access or control it by contacting CLEVERSOFT at sales@cleversoft.org and requesting it.
